General Dynamics Honored with the 2008 Outstanding Contractor Award by the Administration for Children and Families.

FAIRFAX, Va., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics , was honored yesterday with the 2008 Outstanding Contractor Award by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within the Department of Health and Human Services.

The award recognizes extraordinary performance under the Child Care Bureau's (CCB) Child Care contract. This is the second time General Dynamics Information Technology has been honored with this contractor award, winning in 2006. In addition, General Dynamics' redesign and deployment of the bureau's web site earned CCB an E-Gov Trailblazer Award in 2001.
